Larissa Glubb
Director

Larissa has 15 years international legal experience working as in-house counsel for multinational technology, telecommunications and energy companies and as a private practice lawyer for international law firms in United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

As director of her prior consulting company, Larissa successfully provided remote legal services from New Zealand to Simmons & Simmons, an international law firm headquartered in London and to Perot Systems Corporation, the Texas-based multinational IT solutions provider recently acquired by Dell.

Prior to this, Larissa worked in London as Associate General Counsel for Perot Systems Corporation, as in-house counsel at Mobil Oil and as a senior solicitor in the ICT legal team of Tarlo Lyons, a boutique London law firm.

Larissa’s earlier experience includes practising as a senior solicitor for Gilbert + Tobin, Australia’s leading technology law firm, during which time she was seconded as in-house counsel to telecommunications company, Vodafone Pacific.

Larissa started her career at Bell Gully, one of New Zealand’s leading law firms.

Larissa is enrolled as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, but is not practising as a barrister and solicitor.

Andrew Hamilton
Director

Andrew has 12 years international experience in project management, vendor management, outsourcing transition and new business integration management for global investment banks.

Andrew has recently resigned after 9 years at Deutsche Bank. During his time at DB, most recently as a Director of Project Management for Global Markets Sales and Trading, Andrew undertook a wide range of projects and services including:

  • the establishment of a Non-Banking Financial Company in India and an Islamic Bank in Malaysia
  • designing and executing transition management processes as part of DB’s financial services offshoring programme from London to a captive in the Philippines
  • global vendor management projects focused on governance of vendor on-boarding, ongoing vendor relationship management, and specific Front Office cost reduction projects
  • the implementation of Front Office trading platforms, finance systems and market data platforms in London, Frankfurt and New York
  • Asia Sales and Trading front to back process re-engineering

Andrew is enrolled as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, but is not practising as a barrister and solicitor.

Andrew’s other qualifications include Prince2 (project management) and a Black Belt in Six Sigma (process engineering).
